Welcome, travelers! Today is for soft landings—breathe in the Irish air, get settled, and begin to unwind. Guests will be arriving at different times, so meals will be at your discretion. There’s a restaurant within walking distance, and a few things in the house to nibble on throughout the day.
Feel free to make use of the gym, the infrared sauna, or take a dip in the sea as you ease into the rhythm of the week.

Some activities might feel more relevant or helpful at different times, and that’s perfectly okay. This journey is about self-discovery, so feel free to approach it at your own pace and focus on what feels right for you.
