  • Welcome, travelers. Today is for soft landings—arrive, settle, and begin to unwind.

Airport transfers will be arranged based on your arrival time. Meals are at your discretion, and we invite you to rest, walk the beach, and ease into the rhythm of the week.

  • 2:00 PM – Gathering & Intention Setting in the Lyons Gardens

We’ll come together in the Gardens to gently arrive. This is our moment to land, to meet one another, and to set the tone for our time ahead. We’ll orient to the space, name our intentions, and offer a blessing to honor the land and the threshold we are stepping into together.

    3:00 PM – Heart-Opening Cacao Ritual

We’ll share cacao as a sacred invitation to soften, open, and listen more deeply. This ritual is about connection — to yourself, to each other, and to the quiet wisdom within. Allow it to be both grounding and expansive.

    6:30 PM – Dinner

We’ll gather around the table to nourish our bodies and continue weaving connection in a relaxed and welcoming way. No rush. Just presence, food, and conversation.

*Participant Note for today: Attire is beach casual. For cacao ceremony you will lay on yoga mats so factor that into your choice.

Adrianna, our cacao ceremony shaman, often brings handmade items like jewelry and raw cocoa beans for purchase after the ceremony. Bring pesos if you have them.

  • 7:15 AM – Meet at Reception (Departure)

We’ll begin the day by gathering at Reception, ready to travel together.

8:30–9:30 AM – Drive to Cayacal

We’ll travel together through the changing landscape toward the sea. Let the drive be part of the experience. Notice what begins to open in you as we leave the familiar behind.

    9:30 AM–12:00 PM – Cayacal Experience

We’ll share breakfast tacos and spend the morning connecting with the women and men who steward it, and Mother Earth. This is time to be present — to listen, to merge, and to allow yourself to experience the Elements, the people and our interconnectedness.

    12:00–1:00 PM –Sacred Sustenance: A Home-Hosted Meal

We’ll be welcomed into Amairani, a local woman’s home for lunch. Beautifully prepared from local ingredients. Receive the hospitality. Notice what it feels like to gather around a table prepared with love and care.

1:00–2:30 PM – On the Sea

Connecting with the water and all she has to offer. We’ll head out in local fishing boats and spend time on the sea, noticing her rhythm and movement. Feeling held and carried

.2:30–3:30 PM – Return to Marea

The drive back offers a quiet window for reflection. You may wish to journal, rest, or simply look out the window and let the day settle.

6:30 PM – Dinner at Lyons Garden

*Please wear clothes that can get a little dirty, a hat, sturdy shoes, sunscreen, and bring a water bottle. The road to Cayacal is beautifully curvy, and we will also be out on the water. If you’re prone to motion sickness, please take whatever precautions help you feel steady and comfortable.

  • 8:45 AM – Breakfast at Lyons Gardens

We’ll begin the morning with breakfast together.

10:00–11:00 AM – Breathwork in the Atrium

We’ll gather in the Atrium for guided breathwork. This is an invitation to slow down and turn inward — to let the breath gently open what is ready to be opened and soften what is ready to be softened.

11:00 AM–1:00 PM – Breathwork in the Water

From the Atrium, we’ll transition into the water. Supported and guided, we’ll continue the breathwork experience there — allowing the water to hold you as you deepen into the work. Trust your pace. There is no performance here, only presence.

    1:30 PM – Lunch

    3:00–6:00 PM – Integration

The afternoon is intentionally spacious. You may choose to rest, journal, spend time by the pool, or return to your room. Integration is not something we force. It unfolds in stillness, in reflection, in gentle movement.

6:00 PM – Dinner at Lyons Garden

*Please wear comfortable clothing, have your bathing suit on underneath, and bring undergarments to change into afterward so you feel comfortable for the rest of the day.

We’ll gather at Reception and travel together to Playa Largo.

9:30 AM–12:30 PM – Temazcal Ceremony with Lupita

We’ll enter the Temazcal together — a sacred space of heat, prayer, and release. This is an ancient ritual of cleansing and renewal. Move at your own pace, listen to your body, and allow the experience to meet you exactly where you are.

1:00–2:30 PM – Lunch at Lyons Garden

2:30 PM onward – Personal Integration Time

The remainder of the day and evening is yours to create. Rest. Journal. Swim. Be alone or seek gentle connection. Integration happens in the spaces we don’t overfill.
