August 5-10 | A journey of grounding, wonder, and wild beauty. Below, you’ll find our agenda, thoughtfully curated to support your experience.

All experiences and timing are lovingly planned with care, but may shift based on weather, local rhythms, or the natural flow of the group. We invite you to hold the itinerary lightly and trust that each day will unfold in perfect time.

Welcome, travelers! Today is for soft landings—breathe in the Irish air, get settled, and begin to unwind. Guests will be arriving at different times, so meals will be at your discretion. There’s a restaurant within walking distance, and a few things in the house to nibble on throughout the day.
Feel free to make use of the gym, the infrared sauna, or take a dip in the sea as you ease into the rhythm of the week.

9:00am – Depart for the Paps of Anu and The City
A sacred hike to honor Anu, the Great Mother of Irish mythology. We’ll explore these ancient twin peaks and the stone circle known as “The City,” nestled between them.
Lunch in Kenmare – a picturesque town known as “the Little Nest”, perfect for wandering: peek into artisan shops or simply soak in the charm.
On the journey home, we may stop at Torc Waterfall, Ladies View, or other hidden gems that call to us along the way.
7:30pm – Dinner at Alpha Lodge

7:30am – Depart for Skellig Michael
Today’s journey takes us by boat to the mystical island of Skellig Michael—a UNESCO World Heritage Site that once held a 6th-century monastic community. It’s a powerful and humbling step into the sacred unknown. After ascending 618 steps you will enter the ancient beehive structures where monks once meditated. A pause for silence, breath, and connection.
Lunch in Portmagee or Cahersiveen – depending on the ferry timing and mood.
4:30pm – Bee Beds Ritual at Saint Finian’s Bay
Rest and recharge atop the healing power of beehives (you are completely separated from the live bees!!) The bees have long been revered as messengers of the divine feminine, carriers of ancient wisdom, and stewards of healing vibration.8:00pm – Dinner at Alpha Lodge

8:30am – Depart for Uragh and Kenmare Stone Circles
These stone circles hum with ancient energy. A morning to walk slowly, listen deeply, and connect with the wisdom of the land.
Lunch – a chance to nourish and rest before the afternoon's immersion.
3:00pm – Sneem Seaweed Soak
A deeply nourishing ritual in the Atlantic’s embrace—rejuvenate your body with warm seaweed baths as you overlook the wild Irish coastline.
7:00pm – Dinner at Kingdom 1795 – an unforgettable culinary experience in a refined yet welcoming setting. -

9:45am – Beach Ritual: The Flight Between Worlds
A soulful closing ritual to honor what has shifted, what has been revealed, and what you are ready to carry home.10:30am – Depart for Killarney for the Falconry Activation
A magical, heart-opening experience with birds of prey—an activation of courage, clarity, and power.Lunch at Katie’s Cottage – Gap of Dunloe – a postcard-worthy stop filled with warmth and Irish charm.
4:00pm – Portrait Session at Alpha Lodge

As we begin to part ways, these final hours are yours to savor—whether in quiet reflection, a last walk by the sea, or shared moments with new kindreds. Some will journey home today, others tomorrow. However and whenever you depart, may you carry the essence of this land, this circle, and your own unfolding with you.

While I encourage you to try all activities, participation in all activities is optional. You’re encouraged to engage with whatever resonates most with you. Some activities might feel more relevant or helpful at different times, and that’s perfectly okay. This journey is about self-discovery, so feel free to approach it at your own pace and focus on what feels right for you.

It’s helpful to bring comfortable clothing, a journal, a water bottle, and any personal items that make you feel grounded, such as a blanket or a favorite book. We may also suggest specific items in advance, depending on the activities planned.

The schedule typically includes a blend of guided sessions, personal reflection time, and group activities. I aim to create a balanced pace, with breaks and opportunities for relaxation throughout the day.

During the retreat, meals will either be at our home or at local restaurants. When at home, Niamh McMorrough will prepare nourishing meals crafted from the freshest ingredients and filled with care. We'll also share lively, heartfelt, and enriching discussions together.
Outside of retreat hours/days, you're welcome to visit Dooks Golf Club restaurant or taxi into Glenbeigh and enjoy the offerings there using a personal form of payment.
